Title: INTRODUCING AND SUPPORTING CHANGE IN THE WORKPLACE

Description:
Change is a given in today's workplace. Sometimes supervisors initiate the change, while at other times, they coach their employees in defining and implementing change. Finally, change can be defined in one area of the organization for implementation in another area. In this workshop, we prepare supervisors for their role in each of the three situations.
Target Audience:
Supervisors, team leaders, and project managers who are responsible for the successful implementation of organizational changes
